Returns & Performance Guarantee

We stand behind our products, but we understand that sometimes a part isn't the right fit for your build.

1. The 15-Day Return Window You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: uninstalled, unused, and in its original manufacturer packaging.

If you encounter installation problems, please rest assured that we will provide you with installation assistance services.
You need to save unsuccessful videos and pictures as soon as possible. We will help you according to the information you provide and tell you the correct installation method or return service. But please rest assured that we have more than 15 years of experience, and all the problems in product installation can be solved at present, and we can buy insurance to increase the protection.

2. Non-Returnable Items To ensure the safety and integrity of the parts we sell, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Installed or "Tested" Parts: If a part shows signs of bolt marks, grease, or installation, it is no longer returnable.

  • Electrical Components: Due to the risk of short-circuits, sensors, ECUs, and wiring harnesses are generally non-returnable once the seal is broken.

  • Custom/Special Orders: Products specifically fabricated for your vehicle.

3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Before shipping any item back, you must contact us at Support@apexautotuning.com to obtain an RMA number. Returns sent without prior authorization will be rejected at our warehouse.

4. Restocking Fees A restocking fee of 15-30% may be applied to returns that are not the result of our error. This covers the cost of inspection and re-packaging.

5. Refund Processing Once your return is inspected and approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
