1. Order Processing Timeline Standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that "Processing Time" is distinct from "Transit Time." Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In cases of high order volume (such as seasonal sales), a slight delay may occur.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Usually 5-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available for select items at an additional cost.

Oversized Items: Certain bulky components (e.g., body kits, exhaust systems) may require freight shipping. In such cases, a specialized carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
3. Delivery Boundaries We ship to most international destinations. However, the buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and local brokerage fees incurred during the import process.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your package departs from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24-48 hours.
5. Inspection Upon Arrival Automotive parts can be fragile. You must inspect your package for any transit damage before signing for delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please document the condition with photos and contact our support team within 48 hours.
