UV-Stabilized Raw Material
The UV inhibitor is compounded into the PP pellets before molding — not applied as a surface coating — so the sun protection runs through the entire material thickness.
Facelift DRL Correspondence
The headlight cutout follows the exact B8.5 DRL profile, including the sharp lower kink that distinguishes the facelift from the pre-facelift lamp shape.
Corner-Upturned Lip Detail
The splitter rises slightly at each outer corner, a subtle aerodynamic cue carried over from the RS5's actual underbody airflow management.
Snap-Ring Sensor Grooves
Each PDC port has an internal retention groove that accepts the factory snap ring — push, click, done, no tools needed.
Install Direct From The Box
The bumper ships upright in full-size packaging - no folded creases to reverse. Unbox, dry-fit and mount; no heat-gun restoration required, unlike folded marketplace bumpers.

Body Shop Notes
- Because the UV stabilizer is in the material itself and not just a coating, no special UV primer is needed — standard automotive primer and base/clear will bond correctly.
- Test-fit the bumper before paint with the hood closed to verify the DRL-to-bumper gap is even from corner to corner; adjust the bracket slots if necessary before committing to color.
