Microsphere-Weight-Reduced PP
Hollow glass microspheres replace a portion of the polypropylene volume, cutting the bumper's total mass by roughly 15% while maintaining full structural stiffness.
B9-Inspired Intake Sharpness
The side vent edges are defined by crisp 2 mm-radius parting lines — far sharper than the B8.5's soft, radiused intake surrounds — for a more contemporary look.
Full-Span Mesh Field
The honeycomb pattern runs uninterrupted from the outer edge of one side intake to the other, with no solid plastic dividers breaking the visual rhythm.
Body-Color Grille Frame
The grille surround is part of the bumper mold and is designed to be painted in the vehicle's body color, deleting the chrome ring that dates the B8.5 aesthetic.
Install Direct From The Box
The bumper ships upright in full-size packaging - no folded creases to reverse. Unbox, dry-fit and mount; no heat-gun restoration required, unlike folded marketplace bumpers.

Body Shop Notes
- The microsphere-filled PP sands differently — use a lighter touch with 800-grit and avoid aggressive block-sanding that could expose the filler particles at the surface.
- The body-color grille frame should be painted in the same session as the rest of the bumper for a perfect color match; mask the mesh zones with precision tape.
