ACC-Dedicated Grille Window
A precisely masked zone in the honeycomb grid keeps the plastic thin enough for radar transparency while looking identical to the surrounding mesh.
Splitter-Under-Bumper Design
The lip tucks under the bumper's leading edge and bolts upward into blind threaded inserts — no visible fasteners from the front.
Raked Grille Angle
The grille surround leans rearward at the top and kicks forward at the bottom, mimicking the aggressive snout rake of the genuine RS4.

Body Shop Notes
- Block the entire shell with 600-grit on a long sanding board to reveal any low spots in the primer before the first basecoat pass.
- Paint the splitter separately in its own color (or leave it raw black) and attach it only after the main bumper is fully cured and mounted.
