Sub-1% Shrinkage Control
The mold tooling is thermally regulated during the injection cycle so the finished bumper matches the CAD model within hairline tolerances — no post-mold warping.
Fog-Delete Intake Scoops
The side apertures are full-depth, unobstructed channels that route cooling air to the brake and intercooler zones, exactly like the RS5 setup.
Chrome-Ring Elimination
The grille frame is body-colored or paint-matched — no chrome trim ring, staying true to the RS5's blacked-out design language.
Lip-Blade Geometry
The front splitter follows the B9 RS5's blade-style lower aero profile, adding a sharper horizontal cut to the bumper's bottom edge.
Install Direct From The Box
The bumper ships upright in full-size packaging - no folded creases to reverse. Unbox, dry-fit and mount; no heat-gun restoration required, unlike folded marketplace bumpers.
Detachable Plate Bracket
Front license plate mount is fully detachable - run a clean, plate-free front end where regulations allow.

Body Shop Notes
- Ensure the intake scoops are thoroughly scuffed with 600-grit inside the deep recesses to prevent basecoat peeling in the corners.
- The body-matched grille frame should be painted while attached to the bumper shell to guarantee an identical color and clearcoat texture match.
