Talc-Filled PP Stability
The mineral filler reduces thermal expansion, so the bumper maintains its panel-gap tolerances even after sitting in direct summer sun for hours.
Teardrop Duct Sculpting
The side intakes use a compound-curve surface that transitions from concave at the top to convex at the bottom — a forming challenge that cheaper molds cannot replicate.
Frameless Grille Float
Without a chrome or black surround ring, the honeycomb mesh appears to hover between the body-color bumper wings for a cleaner, wider look.
Anti-Abrasion Clearcoat
The gloss-black mesh elements are finished in a cross-linked clearcoat that resists the fine scouring typical of high-velocity road sand and dust.
